2020 The 4th International Conference on Structural and Civil Engineering (ICSCE 2020) was originally planned to be held in Barcelona, Spain. Due to the impact of COVID-19 pandemic, the conference have to shift to online form. Finally it was successfully held virtually during September 24-26, 2020. Thank you all for your participation!
